Powerful Forest

Do you know what’s Forest Bathing? i think so, if you are here, i want share with you my experience that introduced me into this. In all my life i’ve had always a need, a recall towards the wilderness, the forest, the mighty nature; in it’s purest way. When i use to live in the city after a while i had to go away from it and retreat myself in close contact with the nature. Few days were enough for charge me back for come back to my “normal life”. Any time i went back home from the forest get closer to my dream, live totally the wilderness……….>>>>

Sapete cos’è Forest Bathing? penso di si se siete qui, voglio condividere con voi la mia personale experienza che mi ha portato alla conoscenza di ciò. In tutta la mia vita ho sempre avuto una necessità un richiamo verso la natura selvaggia, la grandezza della natura nella sua essenza più pura. Quando vivevo in città dopo un pò dovevo scappare e ritirarmi in mezzo ai boschi a stretto contatto con la natura. Pochi giorni erano sufficienti per ricaricarmi e tornare alla “vita normale”. Ogni volta che tornavo a casa dai boschi mi avvicinavo sempre di più al mio sogno, vivere completamente immerso nella natura selvaggia……..>>>>>
